ABLI deploys multi-layered approach in equipping, inspiring and encouraging leaders. The first step is conducting scientific research to understand and appreciate challenges for cultural transformation. The second step is organising a yearly forum to enable leaders to come together for discussion and deliberation on most pressing issues pertaining to faith and public life in Africa. The third and final step is mentoring young leaders so they can become catalysts of transformation. Research, therefore, is the cornerstone of ABLI mission.
